1. Scope

This policy describes information handling in the ENGINE 3D app and this support website.

2. Information in the app

The app does not automatically send personal information to developer-operated servers. It has no app account registration, advertising, ad tracking, or developer analytics SDK.

Language and viewing preferences, control settings, and vehicle access information are stored on your device. Apple StoreKit is used to verify purchases. The app does not send this information to a developer-operated server.

3. In-app purchases

Apple processes payments and purchase restoration. The developer does not receive payment-card details. The app verifies purchase information provided by Apple to unlock purchased vehicles. See Apple's privacy policy for Apple's information handling.

4. Support requests

If you email support, we receive your sender email address and the content you choose to send. We use this information to investigate problems and respond. Avoid including unnecessary personal information. Contact the same address to request deletion of your support correspondence.

5. This website

This site uses Google Firebase Hosting. Google may process connection information, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and prevent abuse. See Firebase's privacy and security information. This website does not include advertising or analytics tags.

6. Local data and external links

Deleting the app removes its locally stored settings. It does not erase purchase records held by Apple. When you open an external website, that website's policies apply.

7. Changes and contact

We will update this page if the app's features or information handling changes.
